In combination with the different flavors, the variety of meats, the salad buffet and the sweetness of the desserts, Barbacoa has selected, together with the award-winning sommelier Roberto Raffaeli, 140 of the best labels from all Italian regions.

Furthermore, Barbacoa obtained the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence 2023, one of the most important and prestigious food and wine awards on the international scene.

Also available at the end of the meal is a vast choice of liqueurs & bitters, whisky, rum, vodka, tequila, port & cherry, grappa, cognac and fruit distillates.
