Rodìzio is undoubtedly one of the most popular traditions of Brazilian cuisine: originally from the south, in the Pampas, it then spread throughout the country and, at Barbacoa, you can experience it in a very special way!

The meats are served on a spit or on a wooden surface according to the traditional Brazilian method of rodìzio, which consists in the continuous passage of passadores with the meats between the tables; a token, colored red on one side and green on the other, is the method that each customer has at their disposal to choose to continue or interrupt the service as they wish.

Everything is brought to the table by skilled passadores, true professionals in the service of meat. In addition to them, a specialist is also part of our staff, who chooses the suppliers and supervises their work, to classify the meats and ensure the quality of the cuts and compliance with the very high standards that Barbacoa requires.
